i have a couple of questions po...super anxious na kc ko sa application nmin...sana po you could give some advice...

1. na receive namin 2nd AOR ng june 4 so dpat diba mga sept 4 nmin ma receive yung med. req. kc 90 days waiting time accdg sa emba. Pero yesterday kc (aug 18) nag fax yung emba sa office ng partner ko confirming the authenticity of his COE from the company and they are given 30 days to accompish the form. So meaning ba nun nde darating yung med. req nmin by sept 4? kc kung 30 days edi gang sept 18 yung deadline given by the embassy to accomplish the forms e...so lagpas ng 90 days???

2. meron po ko lumps sa breast and according nga po sa mga tapos na meds nila may palpation daw...so wud it be helpful kung magdala ko ng previous Utrasound ko and a letter from my dr. na benign yung lumps na yun and no need for medications or operation?

Hi, I have the same problem, ask ko sana if ok yung naging medical mo. Thank you.

may nakikita ba kayo na problema dito? any similar experience?

Don't be so sure that they grant you 22 points for your "double degree". I myself has 2 degrees (BsMath & Nursing) & Masters but I am only counting it as 20 points. Remember, primary & secondary education in Canada is 12 years vs. 10 years in the Philippines. Submitting your latest TOR is non-issue kasi yong 1st degree mo nandun na lahat sa latest TOR mo. HTH.

Hello guys. I'm here again for the FBI clearance. I'm here in the Philippines btw.

Also, Apart from the FBI clearance kinailangan ninyo pa ba ang state police clearance?

Smiley Smiley Smiley

FBI clearance is enough.... I submitted state police clearance before in lieu of FBi just to meet my deadline but still they insisted for FBI.
My husband (PA) submitted only FBI & it was ok.

mas ok kung may old NBI ka plus authorization letter & 2x2 ID pic & send it to your relatives.... check www.nbi.gov.ph, i posted the requirements fr their website if you  dont have old nbi

For those working/living abroad, especially those applying for permanent residency in a particular country, what are the requirements and steps to be followed if NBI clearance will be required?

A:     If previous copy of the NBI clearance certificate is available, send it, together with one latest 2x2 photograph in white background, photocopy/scanned copy of passport, photocopy/scanned copy of two (2) valid I.D.'s and authorization letter for the person whom you authorized to follow-up your application. Said documents should be forwarded directly to the NBI Clearance Center, presently located at Victory Central Mall, Caloocan City.

If previous copy is not available, you may get an application form at the nearest Philippine Consulate Office.  Fill-up the form, be fingerprinted (rolled impression) and attach your latest 2X2 photograph in white background, photocopy/scanned copy of passport and two (2) valid I.D.'s.  If you are requesting a relative to follow-up your application, attach also an authorization letter.  Said documents should be forwarded directly to the NBI Clearance Center, presently located at Victory Central Mall, Caloocan City.

If there is no Philippine Consulate in your area, you can ask your relative in the Philippines to get an application form at the Identification and Records Division, Ground Floor, NBI Main Building, Taft Avenue, Manila.  Upon receipt, fill-up the form and ask the assistance of the police agency in your locality to take your fingerprint impressions (rolled impression).  Ask the police officer who took your fingerprint impressions to sign the document.

hi. I am also working abroad. What I did, I just sent an authorization letter to one of my relatives sa pinas since renewal lang naman ang sa akin. You also need to send recent 2x2 pics. + a copy of your visa abroad as proof na you are out of the country. After your representative has received your clearance, they need to send it to you for thumbmark. You should go to the nearest police station/officer to assist you with your fingerprinting and you're done

I just use ink pad for my nbi thumbmark but for the principal applicant w/o thumbmark was ok they accepted it since sending it to US when I was in manila was too hassle & might be cause of delay  Cheesy
