Hi fellow pinoys,

Sana matulungan nio ako. I married my gf last September. Nakuha na namin ung marriage certificate namin from local registry sa pasay. Iaapply namin ito sa NSO para maauthenticate kasi kelangan namin isubmit sa visa office. Meron bang nakakaalam ng tamang proseso nito at kung gano katagal bago makakuha ng NSO copy ng marriage certificate? Meron pa kaming 3 1/2 mos to submit all our documents to Visa office.

Same case tayo.  Me and my wife got married last July (last week) pero by September (first week) nakakuha na kami ng SECPA sa NSO.  Sa marikina kami nag pakasal and eto ginawa namin:

1)  We ask the local civil registry kung pano mapapabilis, usually daw 3 to 6 months bago maging available ung SECPA sa normal process.  Ang sabi ng civil registry, mag submit kami ng transmittal from civil registry saka ctc ng marriage cert via courier sa regional office ng NSO.  LBC ginamit namin.  Ung regional office namin is sa san juan.  Ask them na lang kung saan pag sa pasay.   Asa NSO website din un.
2)  After 3 days, punta ka sa regional office to check kung naayos na nila ung transmittal.  Call them kung kelan ang sched ng release, sa san juan kasi every weds lang.
3)  After makuha ung transmittal, they will instruct you to go to the main office sa east ave.  Pakita mo ung transmittal, ctc ng marriage cert, tapos apply ka na para sa ng SECPA copy.
4)  Balik ka on the scheduled date.
5)  Personal naming ginawa lahat yan.  Di mo pwede pa deliver.

Hi Bohfil, PPR na kami since yesterday. if u put that the company doesn't give employment contract, mejo hindi ata ok kasi kapag pumasok ka naman sa company usually meron ka i-sign na contract so dapat meron ka copy nun. kami kasi di tlga ako nagtatago nun kaya eto ung nilagay ng consultant namin sa affidavit:

"That the said companies cannot provide the Employment Contract due to the reason that they had already issued these documents however due to uncertain circumstances the said files were lost"

im under "on or after June 29, 2010" policy, kaya i mailed my documents to CIO Sydney, Canada.

hello again psychnars.  i'm still gathering my docs so i'm also after the 6/26 policy.  kasi i already requested my TOR sa university where i graduated.  the registrar asked me kung anong ilalagay sa envelope, saan ba daw ia-address yung TOR ko.  kasi diba, sealed envelope yun?  did u leave it blank ba, the envelope?

anybody here who got a "NO CRIMINAL RECORD ON FILE" notation sa NBI clearance?

will it affect the chances of being granted a visa?

      Hi mimi0713, at sa lahat ng nandito sa forum, The "NO CRIMINAL RECORD ON FILE" na remarks sa NBI clearance meaning kinasuhan ka, tanong ko lang pending pa or may desisyon na na dismiss? kung tama po ako at na dismiss na ipunin mo lahat ng papers mula umpisa mga transmital ng kaso at ang certificate of finality ng case i folder mo at i tabbing dahil yan ang irerequire sayo pag interview. Ito po ay base sa experience ko.i was interview last Sept. 30, 2010 at yung 2 criminal cases lang ang pinag usapan namin ng visa officer ng mahigit 1hr para akong nasa court na tinatanong ng judge. after po nun by October 4, 2010 nag PPR na po ako. by the way Pulis po ako at ang 2 cases ko ay service connected. sana po makatulong... Mabuhay po tayong lahat na naghahangad ng magandang hinaharap sa canada.

hello sir barok pano po kya same lng po ba yng NO CRIMINAL RECORD ON FILE sa NO RECORD ON FILE??? un sa hubby q kc nklgay is NO RECORD ON FILE & wla po xa nging kaso kht sa brgy wla po tlga. ang nangyari po kc is nung ngpnta kmi NBI sa Megamall po, un una lmbas sa clearance nya is HIT ata dnt remember d exact words, kc mrn dw xa kpangalan ata . tpos po pnapnta xa sa Victory Mall at dn xa nbgyan ng nbi clearance. pano po kya ang dpt gawin pg gn2ng case? Hello lhou.  Nandun kami NHSI Makati between 8:30-9:30.  Sana nga nagkaroon tau ng chance na magkausap ano, bonding na din.  

Hindi mo na kelangan kumuha ng number.  Present mo lang any valid ID mo sa receptionist, sabihin mo kung ano lab test kelangan mo kaya ka bumalik then mag-issue sila ng yellow ID na walang number, tatatakan ka sa kamay at magbigay sya ng bagong slip sau na ipepresent mo naman sa Table 1.  

Kelan ka balik dun?

sayang...andun kami maaga pa lang. kami na nga nauna sa pila..hehehe. madami kasi kami (7)
babalik kami sa Oct 20 para sa urinalysis ng daughter ko..may period pa kasi sya last time.

hello m2canada.  sabay tayo nagpamedical nung Oct5?  Sayang, hindi tayo nagkita.  Kami ang first family who arrived that day.  6AM pa lang andun ka kami kaya naman dahil sa exposure sa alikabok for more than an hour plus the stress ng byahe from Batangas, inubo ang anak ko at sinipon naman ako.  Awa ng Diyos, wala naman kaming additional exam na mag-ina as per our inquiry this Tuesday na bumalik kaming mag-asawa for my urinalysis (1st collect).  Buti na lang t sinamahan ako ng mister ko kc kelangan daw nya ng re-x-ray.  Gulat nga kami kc hindi naman sya smoker at never sya nagkaTB.

We emailed them today to check the result or for any update pero waiting pa din kami sa reply nila.

Yung wife ni bongaces, nag 2nd x-ray din pero after that, wala na... let's pray for each other.  God is good.  He knows best.

hi abilex!nung oct 5 we arrived at around 10 am so by that time bka nkauwi na kau. i called up nationwide this afternoon and sabi nila they need to take a lordotic view, so cguro it's more of confirming kung meron ba tlga or wla.im really praying hard na sana clear pra wait na lng ako ng ppr! good luck sa ting lahat!
