anyone here na naggive birth ung wife sa pinas after ng PR? my wife's pregnant just now 1 month and we plan on just landing and do the formalities sa PR then go back sa pinas to give birth to our first child then back sa Canada.

need pa ba i-sponsor ung child born sa pinas? how long kaya?

 gud evening. been lurker from the start...nabasa ko na nasa nationwide ka yesterday for urinalysis? sa makati ba? nandoon din kasi kami ng buong family for our medical. bka nagkakabungguan na tayo=)...
ask ko lang, kpag ganun ba na babalik lang for lab, kukuha pa rin ba ng number?

Hello lhou.  Nandun kami NHSI Makati between 8:30-9:30.  Sana nga nagkaroon tau ng chance na magkausap ano, bonding na din.  

Hindi mo na kelangan kumuha ng number.  Present mo lang any valid ID mo sa receptionist, sabihin mo kung ano lab test kelangan mo kaya ka bumalik then mag-issue sila ng yellow ID na walang number, tatatakan ka sa kamay at magbigay sya ng bagong slip sau na ipepresent mo naman sa Table 1.  

Kelan ka balik dun?

mine is date dahil sa computer ko na ini-input data... date lang accepted value for the space provided.  Yung iba, they kept it blank, then handwritten na lang yung word na "present."  So, any will do.  Good luck!

i just received a text from nationwide this afternoon...klangan ko daw mgpa-xray ulit! :(hay kakalungkot, just when i thought for submission na kme to cem may problem pa pla.sna it's not ptb nmn kc i have no history, kya lng i have duties in the hospital so may risk of exposure tlga. bhala na c lord!

hello m2canada.  sabay tayo nagpamedical nung Oct5?  Sayang, hindi tayo nagkita.  Kami ang first family who arrived that day.  6AM pa lang andun ka kami kaya naman dahil sa exposure sa alikabok for more than an hour plus the stress ng byahe from Batangas, inubo ang anak ko at sinipon naman ako.  Awa ng Diyos, wala naman kaming additional exam na mag-ina as per our inquiry this Tuesday na bumalik kaming mag-asawa for my urinalysis (1st collect).  Buti na lang t sinamahan ako ng mister ko kc kelangan daw nya ng re-x-ray.  Gulat nga kami kc hindi naman sya smoker at never sya nagkaTB.

We emailed them today to check the result or for any update pero waiting pa din kami sa reply nila.

Yung wife ni bongaces, nag 2nd x-ray din pero after that, wala na... let's pray for each other.  God is good.  He knows best.

hi maharlika, if that's ok with the VO, did you pay the application fee for your accompanying family members before the medicals or after the medicals of before payment of right for permanent visa fee? did you use credit card or bank draft for this purpose? thanks for your reply. i appreciate it.

i see...u know, me too i didn't include my hubby and two children in my application to cio, when i received my positive assessment from cio and when i submitted my full docs to manila vo, that was the time then that i included them and attached a cover letter stating the said changes, and it was granted naman by the visa oficer....i hope urs will be ok too

Hello to all!!  I was on the verge of phase two of my application since I received my file number on my email last 08 October.
I just want to ask questions sa mga part na confusing sa akin, please forgive me. I know there are posts na related sa mga queries
ko but I want na exact and para ma clear and hindi ako kabahan in filing the forms.

Here it goes:

>For the form Application For Permanent Residence in Canada
*May photo section dun, passport size- Lalagyan ko ba ng name, date of birth, and the date the photo was taken sa likod nun?
  at hindi naman siya super ipaste yung sides lang?

*on #12 q, FORMAL EDUCATION.  i happened to stop for a year nung college ako. I include ko pa iyun the extra year?
  pati yung nursery, kinder at preparatory education ko?

*DETAILS OF FAMILY MEMBERS (please enlighten me here guys)
 I have to provide details about my father, mother, siblings and tita?
*They do not have passport, and kung meron man expired na especially sa father and mother ko, pwede bang ilagay na Not Applicable?
  Pati mga Identification Card Number, kasi yung mga high school kong mga kapatid wala naman nakalagay dun sa school ID nila.. -N/A na din po ito?

*Mag susupply po ba ako ng Birth Certificate of my family members even if they're not accompanying me?

i advice that you read the instructions for application for permant visa, andon po lahat, very detailed ang instructions per item number. regarding details of family members, are you married? if you're married, yung immediate family members mo lang like your kids aand spouse. yung parents and siblings mo may separate form sila "additional family members." 2 self-addressed mailing labels, sabi ng forumers iprint mo name at mailing address sa sticker pad tapos gupitin mo na parang mailing label size na pwede sa brown envelope, gagamitin ng VO yan pagimamail nila yung docuemnts mo pabalik sayo. Pls. read the instructions carefully andon po lahat ng mga sagot sa tanong mo.
