Kamusta po sa lahat?
Gusto ko ho sanang humingi ng advice sa mga senior o kung sino man ang may nakaexperience sa kaso namin. Nagapply ang asawa ko ng FSW at isinama nya ang anak ko sa pagkadalaga sa application namin. May hihingin kaya ang CEM samin na addtl docs para sa bata? (9 yrs old.) Kailangan pa bang papirmahin ko ang ama nya? Yong bata kasi nakasunod naman sa pangalan ko. Ang prob ko lang eh nakapirma sya o inacknowleged nya yong bata sa likod ng Birth Certificate. Hindi naman ako kasal sa ama nung bata at ang kinakatakot ko eh baka hindi sya pumirma kapag nalaman nya na aalis yong bata.
Please po baka naman may nakakaalam sa inyo ng gagawin namin.

Hello Vincelynn, I have a quite a similar case to yours. Only difference is that I have a good relationship with my daughter's biological dad. So you need to have him sign the non accompanying parent form. Since he is the other parent and he acknowledged the child based on the birth certificate.There is no other option if you want your child accompany you to Canada. Otherwise if the dad won't sign the child will be forced to be left here in the Phils. However in the future , soon the dad's child agrees to sign, you can sponsor your kid anytime. ahhh, ok naman pala...regarding medical, pwede kahit saan as long as desiganted by the embassy, medical request follows after ur papers are assessed sa local visa office, then after me medical exam ka na and had paid the landing fee or RPRF, the embassy will then request your passport for stamping, at wait ka na lang ng visa...
Ah ok. Maraming salamat po atnasagot niyo mga qyeries ko. Nsa canada na po ba kau?nurse po kau dba? |
