Have you tried checking whether in CIC the status of your application? I've heard of people who have filed around 2006 that they could no longer check their status on CIC. I've checked mine and it still says "in process". There might still be hope that 2005 applicants made the cutoff. Keep the faith!
Hi everyone! Sorry for not visiting our forum lately. We have heard so many news about the Pre 2008 applicants. Its really frustrating. God knows our desires, plans, eagerness to migrate in Canada and all of us are really waiting for the result of our application. Let's keep the Faith! God will give us something better if our plan fails. I checked our status,still in process.. As long as there is still HOPE for us, let us not give up. We waited this long, let us unite in prayers, for GOD knows what is really best for us and for our families in His right time. GOD BLESS EVERYONE!!!! Thank you for keeping this thread alive.  |

Oo nga ako lang ata napag iwanan.. B047603xxx file no. ko pero ung mga nakatangap na lampas na sa file# ko.. di mo tuloy alam kung ano basis nanghuhula na lang ata..
Wala kasi sariling paninindigan itong CIC ang bagal na mag desisyon urong sulong pa.

I applied Nov. 2004, got an update sometime 2009 to the point of undergoing Medical exam but was later refuse due to a subjective decision by the visa officer. I can't take the refusal, so I filed a Judicial Review in the Federal Court of Canada which I ultimately won. To date, I have a new file no. E000XXXXXX and were done with our Medicals since Jan. 2012. Our ECAS shows Medicals received. Hopefully, a PPR will be issued. The proposed refund is not yet final and it has a condition. kami rin wala pa natatanggap na letter. I got struck by this news regarding backlog kaya ako napa member dito at biglang nagalala. B0507xxxx file number namin. ecas still "in progress" for a long long time. walang update whatsoever. |

If ever na ma approve na sa oct 14... yung 900 applicants na nag file ang possible lang na mkaalis?. pero kagaya ko di ako kasali sa nag file waiting mode pa rin ako?
