FILIPINOS- 2005 applicants pls update status

sa online inquiry ng website ng canada. nakalagay dun ang start ng processing nila, kung kelan nila nareceived docs namin at yun din ang date namin sa letter.. we applied july 2005 pero inumpisahan lng nila iprocess august 2005 at yun din na month kami nakatanggap ng file number..  Godbless!

Congratulations! Soon you will start a new life in Canada. It's nice to know that the embassy already processed an applicant with March 2005 AOR. All I have read in this forum and other forums only applicants  with AOR in February 2005 had been moving globally. Remarkably we're on the 75th month since we applied and nothing happens. I wonder what are their plans about the applicants in 2005, 2006 and 2007. If they want to stretch the waiting period by 2 or 3 years more wow! that would be unthinkable.

Yes, I have an agent. I took IELTS in 2009 hoping that our application will start moving before its expiry date. Unfortunately, it expired last July 2011, though I forwarded the result to the embassy before it lapsed. In August my agent advised me to retake the IELTS na anticipating that our application will be acted upon in the next two years. I'm hesitant to retake it this time because of thoughts that it might be wasted again, and the cost is expensive.  Waiting for the unknown has been very stressful. I hope that the agony and the anxiety will be over soon. May God bless us all.

sunod sunod na siguro yan. i heard they are targetting all the backlogs (prior to 2008)...i took IELTS nun lang nag ask sila for the update last year kaya mabilisan nag take ako self-study na lang may agent din ako CIC sa may uniwide coastal mall...kaw ba?

hi hunnybunny!  im happy upon reading your post. kasi at last mey movement na ang march 2005. congrats! nga pala kasi for sure ilang araw lang nandyan na visa nyo.. next in line ang april na naman. kaya be ready na Gico..  Godbless..
