good evening everyone! i am also planning to apply QSW that is why i am gathering infos. i have 59 pts sa assessment. do u think they will call me for a personal interview? Kasi sabi ng Enhance Visa consultancy, phone interview lang daw, totoo ba yun? I dont know who to believe.

^ That's the first time I've heard of that. Are you sure you're going to apply for QSW and not for CAQ? QSW applicants, if ever interviewed, go to HK for the interview.

hello po sa lahat ng member sa forum na ito. sinusubaybayan ko kayo d2. im also a nurse, my wife is also a nurse. ng apply ako sa FSW pero mukhang ndi ako umabot sa cap. kaya ang plan namin ngayon ay mag-apply na sa QSW.

hingi lang po sana ako ng tulong..paano ko malalaman ang assessment points ko dito sa QSW? kc nasa research stage n ako about sa application sa QSW pero ndi ko alam kung ilang points na ako or ng wife ko para malaman namin kung qualified kame mg-apply...pareho n kameng may IELTS exam. 5 yrs ang work exp ng wife ko.. ako nmn 2 yrs lang. sana matulungan nyo ako..salamat po

wala kame plan kumuha ng consultant or representative. mag-aapply kame on our own. kaya binabasa ko mga post nyo para makakuha ng idea at para humingi po ng tulong sa inyo. pwedeng ako ang principal applicant. pwede rin wife ko..ang problema hindi po namin alam kung ilang points n kame sa assessment.

and tungkol nmn sa frech language, plano din namin mag-aral ng french language.  please help po about sa assesment point para my idea po kame kung qualified kame to apply for QSW. salamat po

we checked the preliminary evaluation for immigration online sa website ng quebec immigration. ginawa namin principal applicant ang wife ko, ngtry kame ilagay sa french language, ang ginawa namin ay 'minimal' lang at try din namin 'none' tapos intermediate lang sa english. aun ang nakalagay po is;

"It seems that you meet the Québec selection criteria. You may now submit an official immigration application. If you apply as a worker, consult the section Application for Selection Certificate and appendices - Permanent workers. If you are applying as a self-employed worker, consult the section Application for Selection Certificate and appendices - Businesspeople , or contact us to have the form mailed to you. Processing fees are charged when you submit an official immigration application." ETC....

does that mean po ba pasado kame sa assessment points? thank you

kung nurse ka at nurse pa asawa mo, GO! apply na. just improve na lang sa french language. you are on a priority list.

wala pa po kame anak..2 plng kame apply..ano-ano po ba need na documents sa QSW? do you suggest na both of us enroll sa french language? salamat po sa mga tulong..i really appreciate it

well you can calculate your points para makita nyo pero as nurses i think you are much qualified. apply na, eto yung listahan tignan nyo. baka mauna pa kayo sakin coz am not a  nurse. sana lang.

start na, kc as we chat here niluluto na yung bagong policy ng quebec. mag a upgrade sila but still mauna pa rin kayong mga nasa priority as usual for eternity na yata yan hope naging nurse ako.haha
yung wife mo ang PA kc mas malaki point nya sa experience.

I think you'll easily qualify together with your wife. The only interesting thing that I can think of is when your interview date arrives and when the IO sees that you've also applied for FSW just this year and you've immediately switched your application as a QSW. The IO could ask you about your willingness to stay in the the province.

I think that's the over all trend right now as the FSW applications are being filled or i think is already filled up. Applicants are now transferring to PNP and QSW for them to enter Canada. My take is for you to save time you really need to research and read up on a lot of the immigration steps ( on Immigration Quebec website )  for different provinces and of course the steps on how to register to OIIQ (l'Ordre des infirmieres et infirmiers du Quebec) as a nurse and passing the french language exam that the OQLF (Office quebecois de la langue francaise).

Good luck on your application and I hope you'd be able to choose which province you'd be best suited as nurses.
