Hi everyone. I'm new here. Just learned that my medicals were sent na to canadian embassy manila. now im planning to register sa alberta, CARNA. i heard its tough daw to be registered sa CARNA coz i only got 2 years and a half experience, im thinking of registering as an LPN nalang muna. anyone can share insights to this? will greatly appreciate it. thanks.

You need to take NCLEX LPN. Where are you base?

hello! san po makikita ang applicant's file number sa initial registration? ngemail din po kasi ako s knila and hinahanap nila ung applicant's number to process.. nakalagay po dun ontario registration or applicant's number: general class lng po ba ilagay ko muna ksi wala pa po ata akong applicant's number? thanks po!

OH MY GOD, it's almost a year na since i submitted my RN application,till now i haven't received yet my eligibility...yun RPN ko naman i submitted last month then yesterday i received their AOR stating na 20 weeks pa daw before nila mamail uli their message.

No pain No gain...job hunting mode again... makapagtrabaho nlang uli

hello faithyou! I heard it really takes time to be registered with CNO nowadays. I'm just curious....what job did you take while waiting to be registered? Is it hospital-based job? Is it easy to find unregulated jobs in Ontario? I am thinking to try other province....probably Saskatchewan. Maybe, easy to find unregulated jobs....less people...less competition...what do you think? Goodluck o your job hunting!!!

hi..i worked at KFC fast food,it's great & i really enjoyed working there...there are so many job opportunities here, it's not hospital based nga lang,it's just that i'm  the one who's really choosy...Thank God that my husband has a great job that's why it's just ok for me not to work for the meantime...yah i've heard that in other province specifically Sask that it's not difficult to process for RN registration...I don't know with CNO,they're makin it real difficult...but have to accept reality,we're so helpless,all we can do is to wait patiently & pray harder so that GOd would touch CNO's heart & be merciful to US!!!

wow buti ka pa kahit papa ano my trabaho.. dami ko na inapplyan pero wala tumatawag, hirap naman ng walang experience sa floor..
well ang isa pa daw magandang puntahan na province para sa RPN is sa NUNAVUT, you can earn 96,000 cad a year, pero ang trabaho daw tipong once a week lang dumadaan ang bus doon at ang snow kasing kapal o laki ng bahay heheh!!!

So nice to hear na kahit papaano...you still manage to get a job. I for one wouldn't mind working sa mga fastfoods so long I enjoy doing it. Infact, I'm dying to work sa mga hotels as Receptionist....or do clerical works. When I attended the CIIP...things have changed...I became open-minded to other job possibilities but still I won't forget to work on my registration. Good your husband is doing okay. Sana, ganun din ang hubby ko pagdating namin dyan. I am optimistic na he'll find jobs easily kc dami sya skills. Though he is a Mech. Engineer but he can work sa mga technical jobs that doesn't require registration. Tayo kasi....more on registration talaga at limited ang offer sa hospital based if you are not registered.

yah, applying sa mga fastfood resto is the fastest way para makagtrabaho,kasi yun mga inaplayan ko noon eh pinagstart agad ako immediately, yun sa KFC nga kinabukasan din...i just chose the one nearest sa place namin, 5 minutes walk lang fr our place, i resigned din, kasi need ko umuwi sa pinas urgently nun january...eh when i came back sabi ni husband eh mag concentrate nlang daw muna ako sa CRNE review ko, eh akalain ko ba nman ganto katagal..hehehehe...kaya i'm thinking to start searching again for work,as much as possible pilitin ko muna humanap sa mga nursing home... GOODLUCK !!!

There's a form there to be sent out to the school, PRC...etc. Is this the one you meant about forms B1,B2 etc..that we have to complete or there's another form to follow after this one...?

yap kelangan ng cno yun... thats the B1/B2 form... if wala pa sa kit mo or sa nakalagay na needed docs then wait mo nalang na bigyan ka ng instruction...

yap that the B1/B2 form Verification of registration (PRC)... needed yan for the registration once you passed the CRNE/CPNRE... i think wala ng form, kasi ganyan din sa akin, PRC, school, english proficiency, employmeny form!!
