congrats for being a PNA member faithyou!
(pero quiet lang ha, hehe hindi ko naramdaman benefits of being a PNA member since 2006)
Anyway guys dumating na pala thru mail yung requested application package ko for RPN kaninang umaga.
Ngayon antay nalang ako ng maging decision regarding my RN application. Fingers crossed, sana talaga maapprove for CRNE.
Dapat pala nag Masters nako kung alam ko lang hehe. Pero ang hirap din pala nun. parang mas masarap mag continuing
education sa Canada kung may funds na. Parang curious ako dun sa Telehealth Nurse nila.
Kung sablay RN application eh gogo ko na tong RPN registration.

@ paulferrer, ask ko lang when mo nasend yun application mo for RN? Confirm ko lang ha,after sending our assessment package, they'll send us the AOR, then eventually they'll be sending us the forms that needs to be filled up by our previous employers,then that's the time we'll be waiting for our eligibility... ? yun ba yun process that we'll undergo? haay it's really a difficult process to land & work in Canada as a RN...but if nakaya nun others eh di we can make it there also...   |

Hi reydon123,welcome to our thread! Wow we are on the same situation. I submitted my BET almost a month ago and I'm also waiting for the decision from CNO. Keep us posted ok? I really had a hard time accomplishing all those essays, but still hoping for the best. Like faithyou, I also want to ask how many years have you been working? And do you have a Master's degree? Hello people...! I'm so glad madaming kakabayan na nurse sa Canada. Pero ayoko talaga nurse kasi takot ako sa Ospital and lalo na sa turok. Sana hindi ako ma ospital pero kung bibisita sa ospital ok lang. hehehe anyway, I hope all of you gets their visas soon! (me 2!) God Bless! |

hi paulferrer! congrats! finally 1 inch away from the finish line ka na!
just want to share my experience:
jun 2010 - requested application forms...they were sent to me thru email
aug 2010 - sent application for assessment. fortunately umabot ako sa 170+ cad na app fee.
dec 2010 - received a letter from cno indicating additional reqts such as bet, employment verification etc. (date of letter: nov). it was stated in the letter that i will be informed of the outcome after 90 days from the date of the letter.
jan 2011 - sent additional reqts except bet(di ko kc ngawa)
mar 2011 -received a letter from cno.fortunately im eligible to write the exam!!!
my nursing background:
*nursing is my second course
*msn grad
*6 months hospital experience
*4.5 years CI
right now, nagseself review lang muna ako. i've downloaded the compendium and nkahingi din ako ng review materials kay sultanali. im planning to write the oct 5 exam(which happens to be the expiry date of our visa). deadline of registration for the exam will be on july 25.sna by that time may visa na!
