filipina live-in- caregiver needs help

I got a friend who just arrived in canada as a live-in-caregiver and work in toronto area. After 1 month she was mishandled by her employer by working more that 8 hours a day and even on her day off she was obligated to take care of the kids and she was not paid on overtime. Even at night time kids are sleeping with her that makes here wake up on wee hours that she's suppost to be resting. Let's just put this way, its just doesn't work out as her relationship with her employer becomes sour. Now she wants to leave her employer and want to look for another employer in another province. Questions...what are the steps to be done for here to get out of here present employer. Is there any problems if she's going to move to another province and find another employer? What should my friend do as she really wants to get rid out of here employer. Does she needs another paper works to be done to find another employer? Pls help her she is new here and confused. She got lots of abused to her previous employers from other country. She's happy that she's in canada now but still she was still in an abusive employer. Thank you so much in advance for the help.
