Hi there,

I've filed my application  for skilled worker immigration two days ago, all the documentations are ok other than the birth certificates. Both my wife and I don't have the birth certificates and I've filed with self affidativits stating the date of births. Will this be a problem towards approval?

Hi,

I have seen one applicant who applied under new rules without birth certificate and send his 10th certificate instaed of birth certificate and CIC returned his application. You have attached the affidavit so i hope you get through.

Good Luck.

Cheers
