Dear Experts,

I am currently working in U.S . I am working as a team lead (Software Engineer),
I am planning to apply for canada immigration.

Which NOC i come under?

ThankYou for your response. Actually one of my friend applied under 2174. But his application returned. He is a computer programmer/Analyst.
Do we need to specify 0213 and then 2174.

I have team lead skills.

Could you please advice.

it has to be a minimum 1 year continuous 0213 in the last 10 years... the rest of the experience may be 2171....

you have to apply in 0213 as this is the main code under which 2174 falls.

If the description on this page matches your job than go ahead and apply as NOC 0213

Thanks so much for your response. I was worried because my friend's application got returned.he sent his applicaiton to buffalo office before the rules were changed. in august 2008.
I do not know how they evaluated but it got returned.
