hi guys i am back after my trip to india. i havent yet submitted my full docs, targetting this week. i have one question though. as per london office requirements spouses work reference letters are not required, should i or should i not submit these? has anyone submitted these to LONDON or anywhere else where its not in the list? (i am asking because as per new delhis requirements it has to be submitted).
r.roy, That is a good question and I do not have a definite answer. Even Buffalo's checklist now doesn't include submission of spouse's work experience letters, but I have talked to a few people and they told that they still submitted them, just to be on the "safe" side. So, I wasw also plannin to do so, but really if I read the text , it is not required. So, it is totally up to you. Since, I haven't yet submitted for the second round, so I really can't give you a statistic of what happens if you do not submit. Maybe someone else can who has done a similar kind of thing. |

thanks garian4u, i was also planning to send them anyway. but just thought of double-checking. earlier babu2000 had also suggested that we send along the experience certificates(spouse) to be on the safe side.

yes you need transcripts for her qualifications also if you have claimed points. anything you claimed points for must be backed by substantial evidence.

To those who are asking if u need to submit employment certificate of your spouse, well, my consultants required me to submit employment certificate of my spouse. So to be safe, just submit if you can secure them.
