I also took my IELTS on Saturday and working on other documents parallely. Hope everything will be ready in 2 weeks (by the time IELTS results come).

hello everyone,
wrote my IELTS on saturday and took my speaking test yesterday. also called my universities for sealed transcript and they responded helpfully. so doc preparation is going smooth. how everyone else is doing?
Hi Yesican, Which city you live in? i m from Karachi. How to get police certificate and how much we should pay? do we have to send original IELTS test result? Thanks, |

hello prospective,
I am from lahore. I am yet to get the PCC. I think u get PCC from SP's office. someone posted the method on Pakistan Application Forum. I saw it few days back but I haven't been able to find it again. try to search it there. and u r getting PCC from all cities or just the current city ??
and yes, we need to send the original IELTS score card

You are not the only one. My application was mailed through USPS registered mail on September 18th from Connecticut still no response niether any charge on the credit card..... My brother applied from PAkistan and he thinks that we should contact them if there is nop response for 3 months.  THanks for the advice, heres hoping we hear soon xxx |

Outstanding Atif. Congrats!! Do update your signatures with fresh information. Strangely the trend for the past month is very similar for most applicants. Whether the mode of payment has been Credit Card or Cashier's Check, the amount was not encashed and yet the applicant got an AOR. I guess, CIC will soon come out with a notification to explain this.
Guys, I had been travelling and had been out of touch for the past week. Did anyone else submit their full application to their local visa office? Pasi, any luck with your India PCC? Meena1208, did you take your IELTS? Amay, did you succeed in getting your FBI PCC? I am planning on writing to them and calling them too to find out more. I am very frustrated now, with my full application ready for so long and unable to send it because of the pending FBI PCC.

No updates yet...  coz. all are buzy with their documentation. I m waiting for PCC from UK I have sent it last week hopefully they ill send me back till 1st week of Jan. and now a days trying to get PCC from Karachi as well as Birth Certificate.... Guys could you plz confirm me that my sis is in Canada so I m showing her Matric Certificate, Birth Certificate, Canadian passport and Nikanama coipes.. is these enough or will I need to show more documents ? ? Guys any updates?

garian4u - only update from my end is that, I have sent notarized copy of my passport to the DC embassy along with the form and fees. It is delivered to them last week. No acknowledgement from them. Not sure if they have started the verification also. Will have to wait for an update.. but I am not going to wait for long. Only until I get my IELTS results.

garian4u - In one other post, I saw that people have applied to the visa office without FBI PCC since it was getting late and they had sent it almost 4 weeks later. Do you want to try this? (incase you are really pissed off waiting for that one document).
