I also did a mistake in form. I left blank gender detail of my spouse and kids. Another one is in dt.of birth of my daughter, i wrote 30th october while in another forms i mentioned correctly.
I wrote them in last week that i did these mistakes
will CIC accept my application

Hi Folks,
At last there is some positive sign. CIO has charged the fee from my credit card.. So, guys do not wory, its just because of the credit card its little bit delay.. hmm i would not say delay, looking at other post i pushed my stress button.. thats why i felt it delay. I guess right now the processing time is 10 weeks to get AOR by email. Hope you all have peaceful mind and pray for the best..
Application received: 14th Sept
Credit card cashed: 18th Nov
AOR emailed: not yet.....
Gr8 news man. Hope mine will be charged today. keeping my fingers crossed |

Guys, looking at this forum's statistics, it can be safely assumed that CIO had picked up at least 18th Sep cases (non-credit card). Any 19, 20 or 21 Sep cases? Please keep updating. Kills our anxiety a bit. Otherwise the vacillation and oscillation is so much that the lull period makes me nervous.
Pasi, you can still take the IELTS, those scores are valid till 1 year. Regarding India visit, is there no way that you can get an extension of your visa without leaving the country? Why take the risk of leaving US while you still are awaiting CIO reply?
Missioncanada, can you update your details in your signature?
garian4u, Breathe easy!! My appn received on 21Sep, and haven't yet received AOR! Although, I have read one member whose appn was received on 23Sep and got AOR couple of days back (16th, I guess). They have target to accepting approx 250,000 immigrants in 2009. Let's just wait patiently, may be we can start collecting doc for Full Submission!! Cheers!!!!! |
