Thanks Yescan for the information that it takes 1 month after the DD getting encashed. With this info, I am a lot relieved. Because I have seen people getting their AOR just a few days after their Dd getting encashed.
Please keep the thread informed so that we can all share as much info as possible.

hi there everybody,
hi i am ana and NOC NO 3152 - NURSE. NS received my application on sept 28. i have one problem though. It is in the economic schedule 3. I was able to put YES on the no 6 QUESTION if i took an english proficiency test. It also state that a copy should be provided . I wasnt able to provide a copy. i will be getting my IELTS this november here in the philippines . I am quite afraid that my application might be denied. What you think?
Is there a possibility na they will accept my application and then ask me to submit to them a copy of IELTS result.
Hope you can enlighten me about this

Initial application to CIO does not need IELTS score card. you need to submit it only when you apply to the visa office with full docs (after CIO approval).

CIC is not precessing application in the same pace they started when new immigration policy came into place. Many of Aug filers have yet to receive, so nothing to worry about.

hi evryone. i sent my application in the end of aug 09. i presumed it reached there in ist week of sep.. i got the mail dated 23rd oct. now its time to get the documents ready..as the count down (120 days)has begun..
