very sorry to hear that.....can u explain what reasons did chc nd people e written in rejection letter......and haveu appliedthrough agent or by urself and what was ur status showing
just before u got rejection whether it was in process with actual date or it was decision made....kindly share the information.................

I think CIC is very strict now days .. so be careful before sending any documents I got a letter from CHC stating, my file is not eligible under 4131 and mentioned that i will receive the refund in 8 weeks. I am really pissed off, why the hell was i given two files numbers till date ? do they need 2 years to determine eligibility?
Its seems many are receiving their files back and a few rejections too.

The documents have already been sent. So nothing can be done. I think CIC is very strict now days .. so be careful before sending any documents

One can always make an addition to the documents sent earlier Thats the reason why the VO sends those bar codes The documents have already been sent.
So nothing can be done.

Before my status turned to real In-process, I send a CSQ to NDVO in the first week of Jan-12. Today, I got following reply from the visa office:
"Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.
Your application is currently awaiting review by a visa officer. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be advised accordingly."
What does this mean? Does this mean that they have started processing my application?

Dear Seniors,
Pls help
I am pre June applicant too.. with 2nd AOR on 20.08.2011. I am almost sharing timeline with parmjit (forum member).................
I left job in July 2011, and went for B Ed degree (till date doing the same)......... But I did not inform CHC ND about these facts.....
Now As with Baba Ji's grace I am expecting In process in coming days.....
And my questions from seniors are
1. Should I inform the CHC ND, that I have left the job and registered for regular B Ed Degree......
2. If i am not informing this to CHC, Will this put any harm on my case/ case?

Ideally, you should inform ANY change in your status to CIC as soon as possible. But, it isn't too late to correct your mistake. I would suggest that you inform this change in status to NDVO now, as when they find out AFTER verification, it might reflect wrongly on your final result. So, just go ahead and inform them. |

Hi..I got the dat magic line added...might have cheered up a bit but seriously final outcome and medicals are a worry!  "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 24, 2012." added. I got processing line added this week with processing started date 15 Jan.
Hiteshdand, drsamitgrover, Torpunjabdi, manonthemove, mehulca, nikhilmetha. All of these guys have 2nd AOR in June or july. Did any of you get processing line added ? pls. update the forum so that I can make a new table.
