DEAR ALL ,
TODAY I GOT REJECTION LETTER FROM NDVO STATING THAT I FAILED TO DEMONSTRATE MY RELATIONSHIP TO MY RELATIVES ( BROTHER) IN CANADA.
I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS BECAUSE I HAVE SUBMITTED HIS PR CARD AND BANK STATEMENT COPY
CAN I CHALLANGE NDVO FOR THIS REASON OR CAN I GIVE MORE INFO IDICATING OUR RELATION SHIP ?
CAN NDVO WILL ACCEPT OUR FILE AGAIN ??

They are processing in the combination of FTD & 2nd AOR, firstly they will go according to FTD & then moved as per 2nd AOR. So that applicant who submits full docs early after his FTD, he will be processed earlier then others. Checked one instance, applicant in NOC 1111 whose FTD was 30.3.10 & 2nd AOR was of first week of may,10 he got processing start date as 10.1.12,where other applicant like RKsharma whose FTD is 31.3.10 & 2nd AOR in June ,10 who got processing start date as 23.1.12. All the best ....Honeyjack  I feel they go by FTD, 2nd AOR and NOC. |

they have asked my marriage photographs and other proofs.
Friends, Now i have a baby too. who is of one month. Can I show his Birth Certificate as a proof of our relation and what other proof can I show them.

I will advice u to first inform chc about ur baby so that ur application is updated as at later stage they will ask for it .Babys birth certificate indicating fathers name and mothers name can also be considered . As far as relation proof is concerned marriage certificate and marriage photograph are sufficient. |

Please get excited about medicals, there are chances of getting rejections, one of the forum member “INDIAN” was gone through this sad and bad situation ever there is line updated as “started processing” so friends please hold your breath till the end. however please let us know if any one received MR.

No, mni is correct. I have been in constant touch with INDIAN during the last 2 months. His status got updated with the 5th line, that his file was being processed from 19th January, 2012. He did not disclose it on this forum, but he shared this info with only few people at that time. Later on, his status changed to DM and also the processing date (in the 5th line) changed to 27th January, 2012 on the eCas. |

I got processing line added this week with processing started date 15 Jan.
Hiteshdand, drsamitgrover, Torpunjabdi, manonthemove, mehulca, nikhilmetha. All of these guys have 2nd AOR in June or july. Did any of you get processing line added ? pls. update the forum so that I can make a new table.
