Dont worry , I think they will process as per the documents submitted and at this stage noc code will not have negative impact because they (VO) know very well that these are all prejune applicants. If noc would have been an factor for decision making then all prejune nocs which are present in 29 list would have been processed on priority.

That will be a nice thing to happen according to my consultant what torpunjabdi says is true Congrats Torpunjabdi.  Regarding our dear friend INDIAN, I would like to bring to your kind notice that mere "Decision made" on eCas before medical request does not necessarily mean a rejection. There have been instances where medicals have been received even 4 months after DM status on eCas. Lets be positive and hope for the best.  |

I also discussed this with my consultant and this is what they said. According to them, one of their client had DM as status on eCas and they even conveyed to the client that this means a likely rejection. But after about 4 months, they received a medical request for that client! So lets be positive - till actual rejection letter is received. |

Same here. I've also asked him to order CAIPS notes - or even better, full file - today itself. But at the same time, he should not loose hope and wait for the actual final decision letter to arrive. |

My status is "In Process with RBVO since 1st Nov,2011". NDVO is processing files based on 2nd AOR for sure, and you can see the same by looking at movement in Jan-12. People with 2nd AOR in May-10 to July-10 have started getting their status into actual in process with date. Regarding, Angel's case I think he is lucky to get ahead before some of us, but our turn is round the corner. Don't worry. |

They are processing in the combination of FTD & 2nd AOR, firstly they will go according to FTD & then moved as per 2nd AOR. So that applicant who submits full docs early after his FTD, he will be processed earlier then others. Checked one instance, applicant in NOC 1111 whose FTD was 30.3.10 & 2nd AOR was of first week of may,10 he got processing start date as 10.1.12,where other applicant like RKsharma whose FTD is 31.3.10 & 2nd AOR in June ,10 who got processing start date as 23.1.12.
