DEAR TARAKRS ACTUALLY THE THING IS THAT FROM LAST 3 WEEKS EVERY TUSEDAY MY ADRESS DIAPPEARES AND ON WEDNESDAY THE ADRESS APPEARS WHAT CAN I THINK ABT THIS HIDE AND SEEK GAME IN MY STATUS CAN I THINK THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON MY FILE AND ABT MY FILE I HAVE SEND MY RELATIONSHIP DOCZ A MONTH BACK AND ITS MORE THAN 3 MONTHS  FROM THE DATE I HAVE SENT THEM MY MEDICAL AND PPTS. PLZ SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW SHOULD I SEND THEM A MAIL OR STILL WAIT FOR THEIR RESPONSE.

They process as per FTD buddy,

I did all these observations. I am the oldest applicant here by docs submission date. Me and laklak have very much similar timelines. We did our submission within 15 days of FTDs (or first AOR) but, plenty of others got medicals and we are waiting. I am sorry, laklak just got a few weeks back.

I got In Process on 26 Jan 2011 with RBVO and I am still waiting for further updates.

To cut long story short, They are going extremely slow and going by FTDs.

Yes Sunny Bhaji I do....... coz I have read the other evident post of that guy. Thats a complete parliament session of Feb 2011. It is possible that they can extend our case upto 2 years coz it already seems to be true. 24 & 30 March FTD applicants are still waiting for their medicals and I think they will send April FTD's medicals around july and then 3 more months for visa equals to 2 years..... Thats my belief.

The Link mentioned by the NEWBE does not show any thing
The Canadian Parliamentary web site no such Info
There is No discussion of the new rule officially about Immigration till the new govt was formed

Dont be taken aback by attention seeking rumors Immigration for ND Is 11 Months from date of submission and 18 months from application
a few weeks + - depending on individuals

the recent slowdown or may i call it complete HALT in processing of our application is making me believe that the post about 2 yrs + processing time is correct.

guess we all have to wait for one more year..

If the post is correct ,then we all are going to get some notification on CIC websites on the delays...

even if they change the status from RBVO to In process after recieving a CS Inquiry it turns out to be an eyewash

They just sit duck for weeks after that doing nothing

I will be better to have status in process when chc is ready to actually and practically put ONE into  process

IP status with nothing concrete happening for months only aggravates the Anxiety

Yes i totally beleive all this crap. Very much used to this illogical behavior by cic.
i was closely tracking the dates and as per my calculation, in may 1st week, we should've reached july FTD.
But see, we are still at april. In mid january also we were at april.
So i think they are dedicating full resources to new cases, and picking one by one from the pre-june set.
And as per that parliamentary publication, they cross train immigrant visa officers to handle temp visas too. He said out of 13 officers only 6 work on skilled worker during high visa demand.
And this is the highest visa demand time. summers. full visitors visas are being applied. + student visas. I seriously dont see any action happening till october.

I think the process have not halted for pre jun2010 applicants. It has just slowed down.
The reasons could be:
1) Visitor Visa (due to summer/vacations)
2) Priority to post jun2010 applications
3) Processing of Pre Nov2008 applications
4) Excess no. of applications in pre jun2010 (much more than expected)

So nothing to worry.
Yes, more time would be consumed by VOs.
