File Xfer to CHC ND in Jan / Feb / March 2010 please join here

Dear friends i want to share some information
about my friend. he applied under noc 4131 on
7.4.2010. his file transfer date was 14.06.2010. he
submitted his full docs. to ndvo on 11.10.2010. he
applied thru overseas immigration consultant
based at ludhiana. he didnot received his 2nd aor.
when he checked his ecas status it shows decision
made. his point score is 69 pts. his consultant is
not giving him any satisfactory answer regarding
denial of pr app. firstly i want to ask senior
members is it actually a rejection or a ecas bug.
secondly in how many days we can expect
rejection letter and as the letter will come to
consultantz address . if he dilly dailies what is the
alternative method to know the status of
application. thanks n regards

Could it be because the offices now follow GCMS instead of CAIPS???
Cos by this time all details will be migrated to GCMS.
Just a speculation.

yeah PSDEC and SELDEC both are 0 and no points awarded

the only thing is they have found all required documents on file and they confirmed my AEO and found ok (I think so)

and ya one more thing, they do verify the validity of AEO at the time of granting visa. if it is expired at that stage, you wont get visa....

Here absolutely it is not my fault.

Dear Lubob Send a case specific inquiry to New Delhi office  , once i read in this forum some weeks ago about these type of cases, some senior sent a Case Specific inquiry and got this response:  CHC is migrating their system to new software GCMS and to migrate a file they have made a decision ( for their own purpose to close a file ) so don't loose heart and think of rejection until CHC send you anything, send then inquiry ASAP

Yes i applied myself brother, I think if i mention this appearance change then i will be in trouble with lots of un necessary questions from CHC, i think of simply send the copies of passport and write kindly update my travel document/passport (as according to me they must not bother about why I changed that passport as this is Indian external ministry's headache to ask me a ‘ WHY' on this) please correct me with your valuable experience

all you have to write is passport got damaged ( not the reason why) so made a new one . as simple as that.you should send them new passport photocopies as soon as possible. because if they sent you Medical request then its gonna be problemme. they won't ask question why you have changed .because when they ask you for your passport they will figure it out why you have changed it. i have renewed my passport because my photo was very old in the old passport.

i got visa with in thirty days of medicals , details are on passport tracking thread by ankit, infact it took that long because chc requested me to renew my passport , and after sending new passport i got visa within a week. but some members have to wait for more then four months to get passports back, my advise is wait for a little while before sending query to chc for passports. sometimes background check reports are delayed or they ask for further checks . or may be visa officer is on leave you don't know . have faith in waheguru  your maple leaf will come to you soon

Friends, usually how much time does CHC take to send PPT's back with visa after RPRF receipt delivery.

Dear jassi actually on 10th of march 2011 they send me love letter to send them my relationship docz and i have send them on 8th of april 2011 and in the letter they have written that the docs should reach CHC before 45 days of the letter and i have sent them nearly after on month. can we think that that they might be thinking of my relationship docs. one think i want to confirm that can they ask for the interview regarding my relationship. actually we my wife filed the paper in dec 2009 and we got married in jan 2010 but we got engaged in august 2009 and regarding the relationship docs in have sent the engagement pics marriage pics and honeymoon pics and the other cereomonies we have attened together in have sent the marriage ceritfiacte and certificate from gurudawara and over insurance docz

Brother...CHC took for ever ....i sent got my medicals done on 13 OCT 2010...sent the passports on 14th OCt which reached on 15th OCT...then received the VISA on 2nd April 2011......VISA was stamped on 29th March 2011....so they tool almost 6 months to return the passports....to be precise they took 5.5 months.....Yes i did send 2 e-mails to them....First one was sent after 3 months of sending the passports they gave a standard reply saying the file is waiting for the final review by the VISA officer.....then after 2 months of 1st e-mail i sent another e-mail to which they never bothered to reply.....So got the VISA after an agonizing of almost 6 months.....i would say you can send a query but i am sure you will get a standard reply but there is no harm in sending an e-mail to them....

Dear DsKailey ! Ssa . thanks for your valuable advice. i had sent a case specific enquiry to chc ND. I hope everything will be alright as you said bcoz of ecas bug.i will update with feedback as i receive some correspondence from CHC. regards

Brother..VISA or no VISA bala jee...but yes have been to chilkur bala jee ....and will surely recommend if you are planning to visit hyderabad.....the trip was fun.......you go to the country side......small temple with a lot of young devotees ....no one ask for money.......no one street vendor understand hindi....or english but yet you find a place in the village where you find taudi (Raw country liquor made from coconut)....you sit with the villagers and drink,.......awesome.....

yes about the VISA thing....i went there with no intentions of VISA...came back and got an opportunity to go to UAE for work.....don't know was just a co-incidence or divine intervention....but the trip was surely fun...

interview it looks like is very much on , if you don't have child. as you were married after you sent documents . it looks like marriage of convenience rather then a genuine one. and they are very strict on this. one of our forum member got interview call over this , i think if i remember right he was bugslife. you can take his advice over this matter.

               I got my medical +rprf+New PCC+Passport request on 13 april but received by me on 18th april.I applied   to suvidha centre for PCC on 21st april, they said that it will took one month to issue PCC but I have to send the documents within 45 days what can I do avoid delay seniors pls suggest.
