What are the details inside "In Process" status?

Is it same is RBVO or it shows the processing start date?

If it shows the processing start date then you may hear from CHC very very soon.... Most likely it will be medicals only

Those are more than enough. You sent exactly what you have to send... By sending Ration card copy and Insurance copy will give strength to your relationship case. All the best for the next process. I think it might take 2-3 wks for their response. This was happened in my case. Now wait for your medicals...

1. Do we need to make the draft for rprf in canadian dollars like d one we sent to cio or it can be indian rupees?
2. Do we need negatives of the pictures as well for medicals?

Hi.. Sent PM.

• INR will be fast and best, as that will be exchanged in new delhi.

• Negative is mandatory. Confirm with DMP. If the DMP is having modern digital X-ray machine, no need to carry negative. They take your passport photo with digital camera and the same will be pasted on spot on the x-ray. I saw the process. That was simple copy paste job to them. If DMP has normal and old x-ray machines, then no option you have to carry negative, They keep the negative on the x-ray plain film and expose it, so that your photo impression will focus on film.

Simple, call DMP office for appointment, Ask what else to bring? they will tell you the checklist, note down - that's all. All the best...

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE MR LETTER AFTER ECAS " IN PROCESS "   WITH RBVO AND  NO ADDRESSE MENTIONED.
WHAT ABT BACKGROUND DECLARATION INQUIERY?
 I HAVE NEITHER RECIEVED ANY CALL FROM CHC ND NOR MY EMPLOYER.
what r the chances of rejection after file status is " in process " ?

There's no fix time line.
If we look at our timeline, then they seem to be same.
I am in process since 2 months already, but no updates.
So dont count days.
Just let it come whenever it wants, otherwise each day would be felt as a week.

i had applied fsw1 noc 0213 in 30 aug, 2009.  but still i am waiting for medical request.  Recently couple of days ago i made general enquiry in which they said my application is in queue for processing.  In case is showing "In process".  What should i do?  Shall i go for case specific enquiry or CAIPS NOTES?  which one I should go first?  Mine is buffalo, ny to new york visa office transferred.
