File transferv time

Hi
I got canada immigration file number in July 2005, after two months i moved to London. I asked my agency to transfer my file from India to London. Now almost more than a year, still my file hasn't reach London office.
Can any one give an idea how long it takes to transfer a file.

it is such a weird thing, didn't u try to contact immigration office in india usually it takes 1 month to transfer the file

Except that CIC does not transfer files unless it is "to enhance program integrity"   suggest you read: http://www.cic.gc.ca/manuals-guides/english/op/op01e.pdf  page 14
