File transferred to wrong office?

Hello,

When I applied for citizenship I was living in Ottawa but moved to Kingston a few months later. I updated my mailing address with CIC and was even sent a letter to my Kingston address during the process. However, when time came for my file to be transferred it was sent to the Ottawa office. Is that what should have happened?

The other thing is, I am actually moving back to Ottawa in a couple of months so I don't know if I should bother bringing this up with CIC. At the same time, it could be that the Kingston office is faster. Would appreciate any advice.
