I am a provincial nominee of Quebec. I send my application to Buffalo for the PR visas on december 2008. I received a letter last week telling me that my file was transferred to Detroit ( Michigan). I am confused because I though that Buffallo was the on office for the PR visas..Anyone ever had his file transferred to Detroit..thanks for your help..

i think lots of people have their files transferred to different offices, like NY, Detroit, etc. Someone on trackitt once told me that it is actually good if it gets transferred because then it will get expedited. Not sure how accurate it is.

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon
