Congratulation, can you share your time line.
I can't remember everything... but here is what I can share.
I done my med exam on July 20th and the result arrived at Ottawa on August 5th. My file transferred to LA on Nov 10th got my PPR Dec 20th.

probably none, CHC's all over observe Canadian holidays over Christmas and New Year's and add to that any local holidays in the countries they are in. We sent our passports for visa stamping last Dec.17 to LA, and am expecting it back mid-January.

It took us 1 and 1 week after our files was transferred to LA. Received the PP request yesterday.  Just for reference.
