Can anybody help me ? i submited my application for permanent residence to London England in June of 2005 and just got word my file was transfered to Buffalo in November of 2006.
Is it because i am now working in Niagara Falls and living near by and will my file have to start all over again and i will have wasted the last 18 months

They will fit into the queue with the London AOR date.
