file transfer to Warsaw office!!!

hi there
i have applied for immigration under skilled worker category since June 2006 through Damascus office
i always check my status online & today i got a strange thing like this!!!

"We started processing your application on July 20, 2006.
 
We transferred your application to the Warsaw office on April 26, 2010. The Warsaw office may contact you."

1st of all i don't know why did they transfer my file to Warsaw office, they didn't even tell me why? or notify me about the transfer of my file
2nd thing is if my file was transferred to Warsaw, the application processing time is about 63 Months, i have been already waiting for 4 years, sh'd i start waiting again for 63 months? is that a joke???
somebody plz guide me bout wt to do

The processing of my application started on Feb. 8, 2006.
My application was transferred to the Warsaw Office on April 28, 2010.
I was contacted by the Warsaw Office to update my documents (present an entirely new set of documents) on Aug. 12, 2010. I sent them my last document on Dec. 13, 2010 and am awaiting a reply. I had been given only 3 months, within which I sent all documents except for PCCs to be issued by the Indian authorities, which took a bit longer. The Embassy told me I could sent the latter whenever I obtained them. I sent them once I obtained them, which was on Dec. 13, 2010. I am an Iranian who applied from Iran and my original Canadian Embassy was Damascus. I moved to India about 1.5 years ago, which is why I had to submit Indian PCCs as well.
From what I understand from other people's posts, I should be contacted within 6 (six) months.
I there anything anybody could share with me or I could share with anybody?

Hi all,
My file was transferred to Warsaw in April 2010,
Then requested update in August 2010, sent updates in Sep 2010 and still no news from them.
I asked them 3 times since then and they always replied the same thing that they are processing and I should wait.

I started applying for immigration in 2003 and a
file number was sent to me in 2004 from Syria office(Damascus).
After 7 years waiting I received an
email from Warsaw office on September 29, 2010 for updating documents within 90 days, so I prepared and gathered them
before the 90 days opportunity and send them on Dec.23 2010 by
DHL to Warsaw. This means that my file and records must be processed based on the
immigration rules and job list of 2004 or 2010. Is it possible to predict how long
will it take to complete our process?
