File transfer from India to US

Hi All,


I read in several posts that we can get our file transferred from one country to another.

Now, here come my questions:

1) Is it possible to transfer file from India to US?
2) If yes, are there any conditions to be met? (e.g. duration of stay in US, etc.)
3) At what stage can the file be tranferred. My current stage is the document gathering 120 days.
4) My set is complete except for 1 PCC, which I'm expecting in a couple of weeks. Can I request for file transfer now? or do I need to wait for AOR before applying for file transfer? Problem is - From nainder's experience, they're asking for passports with the AOR in India and expected to hold them for over 2-3 months and I have a travellin gjob
