Hi
I am in USA at the moment and got interview in Paris but I am not able to attend interview. Can I transfer my file in USA after they send interview letter?

Pls answer soon as I have interview at the end of this month.

Nope, you attend interview in paris or CHC makes decision without interview (usually refusal) your choice.
