FILE TRANSFER FROM BUFFALO TO DETROIT

Hello
I am writing for the first time in this helpful Canada Forum.

My application was submitted on Sep 7th. 2007,
AOR DATE October 19th 2007,

IELTS requested on October 23rd 2007. Result within 120 days,
Submitted IELTS 6.5 Band Score on Feb.5th 2008.

March 26 2008 received letter, File transfer from Buffalo to Detroit office.
May 24th 2008 submitted all of mine transcripts, work experience letters, w2, etc.

Now it look like my file is moving in a good shape and hope this will help other people to understand the system better.

I hear that IELTS is mandatory now? what do you think? My brother in law never was ask for one, this was 2 years a go.
