generic, schdule 1, schdule 3? please le tm eknow.

yes, i filed both versions of imm8 generic and imm8 schedule 1. and only one version for schedule 3 and one version for additional family information form. so 6 in total. |

I have just received an e-mail from Buffalo that my file has been transferred to New York. My timelines are given in my signature block. Is it a good sign or bad?

I think it is the first time for me to see this threat, so I loved to share my time line with you. At any rate, I just received an email one week ago from Buffalo office telling me that my file was transferred to New York office.
Is there is any body have an experience how long it will or may take to New York office to request us to do medical exams?
By the way, I understood from another threat that we can do our medicals even though before their request and it is only valid for one year. Is there is any body have this experience before and is there any forms that we have to print out before going to physicians to do our medical exams?

Hi Friends, I'm also in the same boat, just checked the e-case and it says We transferred your application to the New York off on Feb 24, 2010 . The New York office may contact you. I am also thinking of taking MR upfront so that I can save some time.. can somebody help me in getting those forms.. Also the NY is the state or NY City.. in my view since buffalo itself is in NY state then they must be referring to NY city (I really wish) Thanks |
