Abhi, i was always confused what exactly is IA? isn't it the same as medical request?
they did waive interview provided i send them bunch of documents (updated forms,police certificates, fee)
i guess that's what u asked.

I sent email on 08 September 2011 and they reply 15September.  The email specified that they'll contact me shortly.  They prepared the letter for medical request on 16 September.  I received the mail on the 20th September.

I guess we need to send them email so they can check our applications status.
