There is one more guy .He got medical on 23 Feb from NewYork

He got medical after interview.His imeline
We received your application for permanent residence on December 16, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 10, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New York office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New York office on February 18, 2010. The New York office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the New York office on August 17, 2010. The New York office may contact you.

In process on 29th Oct

But earlier I used to view new york city time line 15 months in their website.  But now-a-days they might have deleted.

no one can say if its a good or a bad reply. its a standard reply at where they cant say anything until the checks are done. CHC Buffalo atleast replies to queries where other CHC's around the world dont even care to do so.
