got an email from my lawyer
my passport has arrived with the visa and all
now I have to do the landing.. im in toronto, and that means I'll have to go to us and then come back.. does that U turn thing really works or do I really have to cross it?

Let's they can say wat's going on. I read somewhere in forum ...that NY VO has reached it cap......is this right?........ I m waiting for reply my friends......... |

My file went to New York on 04 Aug 2010 and It went In Process on 10 Sept 2010
I added my Son's application on August 20 2010
I sent an e-mail to New York on 02 Dec 2010 for my status, I got e-mail from them on 03 Dec 2010 same like you """Your son was added into the application. Currently, the file is in queue for further processing"""""""
Please share your time line and up date me if you get any news from them
