yes there is criminality and security check.....
Thanks for your prompt response. I noticed some were able to get their pprs within 4 weeks of ottawa receiving their medicals. I hope NY does something soon. |

Has anyone noticed that everyone in process on this list is yet to get medical request. Is there any reason to be concerned or just wait patiently.
My file went in process June 22 and I'm still waiting for ME. Seniors please advise

My Consultant sent an e-mail to NY office on last Friday and we got reply just now and i am really disappointing with Ny office becoz this is the third time i recieved same reply from them This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for permanent residence to Canada from our office in Buffalo. Your file is currently with an Immigration Officer for review. In the interim, you must advise this office immediately in writing of any change in your civil status or family composition (i.e. marriage, divorce, birth of new child, etc.) or mailing address. Thank you for your interest in Canada.
