Thanks Ali, I'm just looking for a pattern NYO is following for sending out PPR. my application has been in process since Dec 2010, I got my MR on Nov1, did medical and it was received Ottawa by Nov 18. As they asked for RPRF, I realized that my background check had already received by the visa office. So I thought they would've asked for PR in sequence they received the Medicals. But they are not, maybe they are sending PPR first for the people who reside inside the US and then for the ones inside Canada, but as you are in Canada, this assumption can't be that right! Maybe it is just random who knows! And I think they've halted this week, it seems nobody has got PPR this week so far! This randomness is frustrating! Anyway, Good luck with the stamping and landing. |

Hi,
i'm new here, even though i've been following the link for the past 6 months.
Our file had gone into process in Dec 2010. We received our medicals in Sept, but had to wait for our daughter's birth in October. We completed our medicals in Nov and the NYVO received our latest FBI clearances today.
I wanted to find out how much time is it taking for the PPR after sending updated FBI clearances or other police certificates.

I had sent the passports by the 1 day express mail service.. and they had received the passports on 12/30.
The NY VO send our passports back in 10 days..

My E-STATUS has changed to Decision Made this morning.. When Should I expect to receive the Passport back from Newyork?? Does it mean they mailed it already?
