It was 22nd November. What is your date? Add 2 weeks (or max 3 weeks) to your processing start date for your expected MR date. As per my observation for NY VO, it is not the transfer date but the processing start date that matters to guess MR date.

Since I am out of Country on vacation, I will get Meds done in my home country. I am yet to receive forms forwarded by my friend.

In my opinion and from what I have seen in my CAIPS report, when they say 'We have reviewed your file and We have started processing on ...." means your file has met the requirement (points, documents satisfaction) etc. The next step should be MR + RPRF + PCC (If submitted ones are old now) + Security Checks.

I believe you should get your MR soon. The only thing that could delay MR is holidays. Make sure you enjoy your holidays irrespective of whether you received your MR or not in Dec. I will pray that you get it in Dec itself !!!!!  Things are definitely progressing positively for you !

Seeing your time lines I think you should get MR by newyear.. the line in e-case is usually added after 2 weeks when they actually start processing

I am in Northern Virginia. To clarify, letter of communication inside yellow Envelope is dated Dec 9th. USPS delivered it within the normal delivery timeline, pl note that there is a Sunday in between.

BTW, I scheduled medicals and they are charging US $330 for adult and $270 for kids. Also adults need to take chest x-ray costing $45. So total for adults is $375.

Hey, can you please share what other things (like RPRF, PCC) been asked from you? I am still waiting to Receive MR letter forwarded by my friend from US.

Hey Guys,

I just wanted to input some medical related information for you folks who are waiting for medical. I received my medical in Nov. 26 and did my medical in Dec. 5. I went to Dr. Albert Levy's in New York City. If any of you are in NY area, they are extremely professional and efficient. They mailed my medicals to Ottawa within three days and the medical arrived in Ottawa Office in Dec. 12. This is in no way an advertisement for the DMP. But I was impressed with their professionalism so letting you folks know.

Just curious, when are you expecting your CAIPS report? Weren't you applying for it?

Hi Destcan, my attorney is preparing that for me. I think it may take one to two months. CAIPS is almost useless after getting MR, am I right?
