Your case is 10 times better than mine.
I applied on 7-22-2010, and cced on Dec 10 2010. My file has been transferred to NYC office on Feb 27 2012, and after that, no any updates, still RBVO...At least you have your meds done....
So don't worry.

Not sure about 10 times better  But technically yes, it is better than some other cases, I see posters who have applied post June 2010 [before 2011] and are still waiting for MR from NY. I have decided to postpone any inquiry , may only do CAIPS request , just to see how far the processing has progressed. Wish all of you good luck. |

Mine was transferred on April 2, 2012. I'm a Sep 2010 applicant.
Can't tell until I get the CAIPS, because there was no notice of transfer. Request of updated docs, along with MR, came from NY office, that's how I know file was transferred. |

Hi dear,
Since I was in India when I received my PPR, I sent them an e-mail and they responded within 48hrs which clearly mentioned that I should show that permission mail to the security staff which I did and for me complete process there was absolutely hasslefree.

Good question. I remember reading someone said they sent through feedback option on NY page, but not clarifying what it is. I also found only two options on NY consulate page, direct email or case specific inquiry. Would be great to know which option did applicant use to schedule an appointment for PP stamping. |
