no progress after that.....when will we be getting the medical request??..a big question.........

mee too waiting for the medical request.. I thought after the status change to "In Process" every body will be receiving medical in 2-4 weeks. But it looks like thats not true. The only way is wait wait wait i guess.. kep updating once u receive your medicals.

Below are my time lines

Application for permanent residence received at Nova scotia on September 3, 2009.
 
Sent the whole set of application to Buffalo in Dec 2009
 
Application transfere to the New York office on May 25, 2010.
 
Application was reviewed and IN Process on June 16, 2010.

Waiting for Medicals

Any updates? For me it has been now more than 2 weeks since it changed to "In-Process", and no news of medical yet ??

I guess I have wait patiently upto 3 months...very nervous though now. Just wanted to keep the thread alive.

Hi Mathcanada,Its been 3 weeks  from "In Process" and no medical request yet.. you said 3 months waiting? Looking at the forum, people receive their medical request from 2 weeks to 5 weeks. I am tierd  looking at my mailbox everyday.. Any ways let you know when there is change..

In my case Processing started on 14-May and i recd the medical request on 28-May.

Thank you dude for sharing your timeline.. That was quick, within two weeks. I know Pasi, grain4u and some other got medical request in a week or two.

jstar, yes, I got my medical request within 2 weeks of my status changing to in process.
