Hi wonder if someone can throw some light on my query.

I am Delhi applicant 2004. I have moved out of India and my country of residence  related visa office is London.

I know that changing the country of residence  is not a sufficient ground to request for file transfer from Delhi to London.

London is presently dealing with Aug 2007 applicants. My query is if I go ahead with my request to transfer my file to London will my file be placed at the end of the queue of Pre-Feb 2008 or will it be processed first considering London has already done with 2004 applicants ages ago.

What will London take as the date of application whether 2004 or when the file is actually transferred to them?

Anyone with personal experience of file transfer..... please share your inputs which will help me in deciding the best course of action.

Thanks in advance.

Visa Office processing your File, cannot be changed.
If your NOC is in the current list, then better is to apply again. New list will be coming out soon that will be effective from 1 July 2011.
