Can anyone tell me what the waiting time is for our file number to be issued.  We have applied to Canada via the Quebec programme and advised that when our file no is given to us we have a wait of at least 16-24 months before our interview.  My husband is 47 at the moment and the by the time the interview is issued he will be over the age.  Help  we are desparate to move our daughter is at preston uni and majoring in Manderine Business.
