Dear Seniors,

My file is in process in Buffalo VO and I have returned to India on expiry of my post-graduate work permit. I had filed my case through a consultant in Canada and that remains my correspondence address in Canada.

My understanding is that I can go for medicals to a DMP in Delhi or receiving instructions from Buffalo. My question is "Would the DMP send my medicals to CHC-Delhi or Ottwa??

DMP in delhi sends reports to only delhi....
so what u do is ask ur representative to put a request in ur visa office, and get permission frm them in that case u can do medicals here only then they will take reports from delhi office

if we request and ask DMP if they can send medical result to buffalo or ask buffalo if we can do our med in our home country i think it will work. lets wait for the instruction of buffalo regarding med request for us who returned to their home country as long as we inform buffalo of our address change for sure they know how to dealt with it.

our case is somehow similar...my husband (principal applicant) is in canada already on a work permit and we filed our PR application in Buffalo. My daughter and I are still here in the Philippines. Hubby received the request for medical exam and he sent ours via courier. We had our medicals done in Manila and the DMP sent it directly to Ottawa, we just had to pay extra - we shouldered the cost of shipping the medical results to Ottawa via courier.

btw, dont forget to mention to your DMP that they need to send the medical results to Ottawa, that's what I did repeatedly  Smiley (just to make sure, or may be i have OCD)

Hi vermas,

We returned to India in Aug 2010.We haven't rcvd MR,but we enquired with the DMP in bangalore and they said they would be sending it to Ottawa..You better check with the DMP's in Delhi.

Also,we have informed LA about our Address in India and our e-CAS reflects the updated one.
