ANY ONE have idea that can i file from india while i am in USA

Why cant you file from the USA? You can actually file anywhere provided u list a visa office, where your application will be processed. The initial application must be sent to Sydney, NS. However bear in mind that all correspondence (snail mail) will be sent to your Indian address. Also there is the issue of passport submission for visa stamping. Will you be able to send passport to India? Well explore that. The guide will help in answering your questions:
