Help Help Help!!!

 WEB DESIGNER and DEVELOPER. Will that fall in Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades)     HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh?? How do I know that Web Designer and Developer fall in NOC list type 0, A, B or not. Looking forward to hearing from you guys.
