sooner or later people will emerge as a team to fight against them and only if one will start i am sure there will be lot more joining hands against them. It is a fact that my dreams are shattered and am completely disappointed and really don't wish to see more victims now. This is total corruption.

Sorry to hear about your experience. And more sorry to hear how you intend to deal with the problem. Why on earth do you need people to get together to complain and take on the agent. If you have an issue and feel you have been wronged on cic website itself it provides mechanism to lodge a complain. You do not need to get people together or hire a lawyer. Just explain how you have been wronged and what you want example refund of fees or the cancellation of the membership of the agency. The rest will be done by the CIC. If you keep waiting "sooner or later people will emerge as a team against them" please forget it because no one will. Those victims who do intend to do something will never wait for "people joining hands against them". If you can write a complain letter just do it.

Sorry if my post sounds rude but that is not my intention. If you can lecuture 50 students in a class (NOC 4131) and make them listen to you why can't you reason (complain) with one authority. Surely you have the skills to do it. Good Luck.

So many people moan about the services of this particular agent but when it comes to making a complain all they want is more and more people to come together.... well is there a criteria that unless 20 people come together the complaint is invalid?

How is that all people crib about this agent but none come to share that I have made a complaint or taken them to task or given them a run for their money?

Now because I differ with u does that make me an agent too?

you seem to be really really exceptional. i don't understand why do people live with the misconception that they are the best and every word they utter is right...anyways thats your problem not mine......and read all the posts relating to ***** on the this forum again and again for better understanding .........

Given plenty of similar experience of being cheated (as expressed in this forum), I would like to urge most of you to apply personally. Its not that difficult as we often think. The CIC provided manuals are just more that a perfect guide what all we need some time to carefully go through.... The manual are self explanatory and prepared to answer all the query one might have staring from the introduction to the general process, step wise guide to documents gathering and finally checklist of application pack to be sent to CIO, NS. Apart from the manual this forum and some of the its precious seniors are like GEM whose one can truly rely upon on any consequential queries, cross checking, understanding and for further guide.... You can follow/track your peer group of applicants and share and exchange live and in a more vivid way in this forum.... What else one need or want!!!

In fact I have had many bitter experience with through agent application tried before (which I would share in more details once I get my Visa). I was clearly shown the difference between my earlier agent filed application (which was rejected) and application by my own (current one) during my last interview at CHC.........So from my experience I can tell you that Its always better to do things by your own then relying on others... Who else could better present you with qualification to impress/convince the VO/ Assessing authority better than yourself?

I admit there are many reason for which some prefers mediated application and I also have reason to agree that there still have some good and responsible consultant (David Cohen claimed by many in this forum to be one of them) around but still I think as long as something you can do it by yourself no need to look for alternatives.
