Fight against *****- Fraud

Dear all,

I am an active member since August 2010 and wants to share my story with you.

I humbly request all those to join hands who have been victim of *****....

friends i Submitted my case with them in jan2010 and got the assurance of my dream of landing in Canada coming true in maximum of 4-6 months. My case got closed at a vey initial stage(not even put into processing) and got a letter from Embassy that i will received full refund of money paid to them which was DD of 550 each n i have received one of the the dd's also.

***** took total money of 82k from me and assured me that in case my application is closed due to any reason before medicals than they will keep the first installment of 30k and refund the rest money. as soon as i deposited money with them their behavior changed drastically and they started ignoring my calls , answered in rude and the most inappropriate manner which under the compelling circumstances i had to tolerate.

After all this happened i approached them several times(calls/visits) but they kept ignoring me by giving one or the other lame excuses and did nt accept any of the commitments they made. Their Regional/ branch manager kept me running from here and there for no reason. and everybody wanted his name not to be taken. They didn't bother about my time and value and moreover the pain of dreams being shattered.  as a record i have a written proof of what they said.

dear all i have come across other people also who wants to get their hard earned money back and fighting individually. Now all wants to join hands coz it is easy to not to respond one but hard to ignore all  as a team.and if u also want to raise your voice against this fraud than u can mail me at gurneetkaur10 @ gmail.com.

Realy very sad to hear this even i have also applied thru them frm chandigarh branch office.Whenever i ask to them for status update they people said WAIT WAIT !!!!! I dnt knw wats goin on...Can u plz share frm which branch office u had applied ur case.I heard lot many bad things abt *****  REST GOD save us !!!!!!!!

so sorry to hear that. these parasites at ***** are so cowards tht one cannot imagine. mr brother also applied through their london office and face lot of issues. although he had sent leter to chc along with cancelation of representative form and now handling his case himself but his 1000 pounds hv been sucked by these parasites good at nothing

Iam not from India and had visited their office in Jan 2010 but didnt use them as my cosultant. Iam waiting Medical at the moment. I got surprise when i rang them in the above mentioned number i.e they have lots of job offer from canada so they can send us easiely for that we have to pay them a lot ...money ,money and money , people with no human sentiments ...

Hi Mate sorry about your case. Yes they are all cheats, they only come after your money. 

In my opinion this friendly and family forum is the best and free consultants for all its members.  I really hope people should saty away from these cheats.

they were good in their early days when they opened the new branch (chd branch)....but as they flourished their business across the globe, the standard came down....now i think it's just..."take the money and forget about it" attitude...

IF YOUR APPLICATION IS STILL ONGOING WITH *****.. GET OUT OF THERE SOON AND SAVE YOUR APPLICATION.. SEND CHC TO CANCEL ***** AS YOUR AGENT. TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE.. SUE THEM LATER TO GET BACK YOUR MONEY IF YOU CAN.

i was in the same boat last year. As i used their services from London, Uk. I approached them feb 2008 and we agreeed on £1189 total cost plus 550 immigration fees. And they said at that time that i would get 900 pound refund if my application is returend or refuse. And my application was returend in december 2008 due to new rules in IRPA for feb 2008 applicants. And i had been requesting them about my AOR which they gave in march 2009 and even did not tell me that my application is already returnd to them , and in sept may 2009 told me that i cant go furrther. So i made refund request to them as per aggrement in june 2009, Meanwhilie i  called them almost 110 times + around 50 to 60 time email them plus 5 to 6 time my personal visit to them . And all are scrap and fraud people . And in march 2011 they only refund £250 and even they closed their offices . And they lost my all documents. So when i been to them in thier uk branch their ex employee replied me that its complany is like that you should not cry for your couple of pounds. But they did knw how hard my money was. It was almost my 4 to 5 months saving .

SO am also planning to make complain to CIC, about their services and fruad with peopl.

Actually if it was the UK you should be complaining to Trading Standards to investigate the matter on your behalf. If they are operating in the UK they are subject to UK law, and they have clearly breached their contract with you an owe you money.

Please do not give up - approach either Citizens' Advice or Trading Standards with your circumstances and see if they will take the matter up!
