Field values disappear in form IMM0008

Hi all,

Not sure if any one faced this issue but when i fill the  Generic application form (IMM0008) and click on validate some of the field values disappear.

Not sure if i am doing anything wrong. Did anyone face similar issue...Is there any solution???

yea i also faced similar situation. I guess the values would have been captured in the required format in the bar code so would be sending the forms as it is.
EArlier thought of writing the same with pen on the form but guess the bar code has all the information so wud be sending the same as it is.

Hi Ayaz, thanks for your response. Is not generating the barcode and says some of the required fields are missing.
