Hello, my fiancée as I mentioned is coming soon to Canada from a visa exempt country.  We are planning to get married here in Canada, stay a bit after (go through my house and pack) and move back to to her country together.  We will actually have a wedding in her home country too.  My concern is what shall we say when she enters the country.  Obviously I want her to be able to come in, but does she just say she is coming for a visit?  We will not start an immigration process until we move to Canada, but I don't want to shoot myself in the foot and have her sent home if we say she's getting married, then on the other side we don't want to get in trouble for making a false statement of her Dual Intent.

I have read this document in full:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/enf/enf04e.pdf

The part that has me nervous is section 23.5 of:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op11e.pdf

Please
