Canada accepted 25 per cent fewer immigrants into the country in the first quarter of this year compared to the same period in 2010, raising concerns the Conservative government is embarking on a bold plan to restrict the country's immigration levels.

This kind of makes sense because if Canada is accepting immigrants they should atleast get the jobs in their fields, afterall thats how they qualified as immigrants in the first place. Otherwise you'll have more Doctors/Engineers/Scientists/Professors working as Security guard/Janitors/Taxi Drivers/Waiters. Waste of resources and talent.
